2015 Challenge Winners
The Apatcheez had a great time at the Christmas party/Challenge reveal on Saturday. Winners are Grinners!
Well it has certainly been an inspiring weekend for some Apatchy girls – at the show at Brookfield two of our girls swept the awards – Lesa with her magnificent modern Baltimore and Chris with her wonderful tea cosies. The gathering we had yesterday is what Apatchy people call a Christmas party. To those of you who have never attended one of these parties it is more of a delight for the senses. A Challenge is Announced
We had a great day on Saturday with Laura Macpherson showing us how to do altered books. We had such a good time that it was difficult to leave and that wasn’t because we’d glued our fingers together! Yay! Today we won the prize for the best decorated stall at the Maryborough Quilt Show. This was thanks in no small part to Lesa the Leonardo da Vinci of tree painters, Jan and others who helped with the ideas and the work of creating this display.
